Jeffrey B. Kusch, CPA - President and CEO, Director
J.B. Kusch received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Winona State University in
Winona, Minnesota in 1988 and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in
1991. Mr. Kusch joined Austin Mutual as the Accounting Manager in 1992 and
served as Treasurer from 1994 to 2004. He has served as President since 2002,
and CEO since 2004. Mr. Kusch has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 1997. |

Harry J. Dell - First Vice President and Treasurer, Director
H.J. Dell joined Waseca Mutual in 1975 as a Field Superviser; promoted to Assistant
Claim Manager in 1976 and to Claim Manager in 1977. Mr. Dell joined Austin
Mutual through a merger with Waseca Mutual in 1998. Mr. Dell has served as
First Vice President since 2001 and Treasurer since 2006. He has been a member
of the Board of Directors since 1998. |

Bruce H. Lonnes - Chair of the Board, Director
B.H. Lonnes began his career with Austin Mutual in 1960. Mr. Lonnes has served
in many capacities over the years, including Vice President-Administration, Corporate
Secretary, President, and CEO. He has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 1978. |
